These
juvenile Swallows congregated in a group of about 15-20 on the sandunes
at Freshfield, Merseyside. The light was really poor and these birds
were bravely sitting out our British summer, and more than likely dreaming
of their return to Africa. Photo taken with Canon Eos 20D, Canon 400mm
